Meet the Director

Colleen Kelly Denisco established the Carlisle Ballet in June 2004. Born in Scranton, PA., Mrs. Kelly Denisco began training with Peter and Kristin Degan at the Ballet Northeast in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Joined the Civic Ballet Company in Scranton in 1988, has studied at the prestigious Boston Ballet, The Ballet Theater of Pennsylvania, and the Washington School of Ballet.

As a dancer, Mrs. Kelly Denisco was featured in works by Balanchine, Taylor, and Cunningham as well as in principal and solo roles from the classical repertoire. Mrs. Kelly Denisco possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Scranton.
