A contemporary approach to the original mind-body exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. A progression in pilates that incorporates modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles, it is a safe and highly effective low-impact way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body.

Pilates is also offered as a Private class. Please call to make an appointment.
